As a Portal Priestess and Ceremonialist I am devoted to helping others return home to themselves.  Connecting us to the ceremony that exists around, within, and through us at all times, I facilitate experiences and create spaces to support us through our constant cycles of birth, life, death and rebirth.

My journey has led me through trauma-informed yoga, plant spirit medicine, sound healing, and more. Whether guiding a group circle, leading a retreat, or offering 1:1 mentorship, my work is rooted in compassion, embodiment, nature reverence, and the belief that healing is not only possible, it’s our birthright.  My magic carpet bag is full of practices to help you recognize the patterns of habitual responses and restructure/repattern the matrix of your mind and your life so that you can be your most authentic self.

With a vast of experience with yoga, energy medicine, hypnosis, EFT, and nature-based healing, I weave together ancient wisdom and modern modalities to support deep nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and authentic embodiment.  Holding sacred space for individuals to soften their defenses, shift limiting beliefs, and reconnect with the wisdom of their body and soul is my passion.  I invites you into a grounded, soulful relationship with peace, purpose, and presence.
